On August 20, 2026, Kaisa took home the award for best &#8220;AI-Powered Product Transformation&#8221; at Monterro&#8217;s AI Transformation Challenge, one of the most competitive peer-reviewed AI competitions in the Nordic B2B software industry. Held at the Nordic Software Summit in Stockholm, the event brought together 1,500 software founders, operators, and executives. Hundreds of companies applied across three categories. Six finalists reached the stage 
Kaisa won its category.
The problem that needed solving
In automotive sales, speed is everything. When a buyer calls a dealer and nobody answers, that lead is almost certainly gone. Up to 42% of inbound calls never reach a human, absorbed by missed calls, voicemail, and IVR menus.

The agent converts more than one-third of lost leads into qualified leads, delivered as structured data to the dealer&#8217;s sales team. The dealer follows up knowing who called, what they want, how serious they are, and what was discussed.

The AI Transformation Challenge prize includes a trip to Stanford University&#8217;s AI Labs, but for Kaisa, the more significant recognition is the validation from 1,500 of the region&#8217;s most experienced software leaders that this is a product solving a real problem, at scale, with measurable results.
The 2025 annual results already showed Kaisa&#8217;s AI-based solutions being well received by the market. The award confirms what the numbers were beginning to suggest. This is the beginning, not the peak.
