The below data processing agreements apply to customers which use our services under our online terms and conditions and have not executed a separate data processing agreement with Kaisa Technologies AB:

• For Customers based in Europe, America or Africa
  and
• For Customers based in APAC

To request formal signature of a data processing agreement, please send the following information to dpo@kaisa.io, and we will prepare and send the document to your designated signatory:

• Customer’s company name, registered address and business registration number and country;
• Primary contact person’s name, job title, email, phone number and address;
• Data protection officer’s name, job title, email, phone number and address;
• Name, job title and email of the individual who will sign the data processing agreement on behalf of the Customer.
