<h3>With 2024 coming to an end, I want to reflect on what’s been a record-breaking year – yet far from ordinary, and one that kept us all on our toes. While the automotive industry has faced its fair share of challenges, we’ve also seen it as a time to innovate, to stand out, and to make bold moves. In tough times, there’s always room for fresh ideas, and we’ve certainly embraced that spirit this year.</h3>


BFSpee To Kaisa

<h4><b>A Year of Transformation: From Freespee to Kaisa</b></h4>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">One of the biggest steps we took this year was rebranding from Freespee to Kaisa. It was a big move, but we knew it was the right one to help us better reflect who we are and what we stand for. The response from you – our customers, partners, and colleagues – has been incredibly positive, and we’ve been thrilled to see how the new Kaisa brand is resonating across the automotive CX space.</span></p>


<h4 style="font-weight: bold;">Dominating the Market in Europe</h4>
<p>In 2024, we’ve strengthened our market leadership by expanding our presence in key European markets such as Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, and the Netherlands. We’re proud to announce that 75% of European car dealers are now using the Kaisa platform through our partner marketplaces and OEMs. This growth is a testament to the impact we’re having and how our platform continues to be the go-to solution for customer engagement in the automotive industry.</p>

<h4><b>Advancing Automotive CX and Engagement</b></h4>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">One of the things we’ve always done well at Kaisa is leverage data to help improve customer and dealer engagement. In 2024, we’ve taken that to the next level. We now offer strong capabilities in building customer audiences and engaging them with automated, personalized experiences at scale. Despite the turbulence in the automotive industry, we&#8217;ve remained focused on providing our customers with the tools they need to increase conversions, shorten sales cycles, and raise customer satisfaction, helping them navigate the challenges ahead.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As we close out 2024, I want to say a massive thank you to all of you.
