# Kaisa

> Kaisa is a customer engagement platform for high-consideration purchases such as cars and real estate. It helps marketplaces, automotive OEMs and dealers capture, understand and convert buyer enquiries, combining call tracking, AI call analytics and AI voice agents with buyer and seller data, audience segmentation and automated workflows.

Kaisa was formerly known as Freespee; the platform dashboard is still at https://login.freespee.com/. It is used mainly by automotive marketplaces, automotive OEMs and their dealer networks, and real estate marketplaces. Buyers can engage through phone, web forms, chat, email, SMS and WhatsApp, and all data is available in the Kaisa platform or via API. The platform is GDPR-compliant and ISO-certified.
